General Information

Pitching - River Valley’s grounds are maintained throughout the season and we have comfortable all-weather pea-gravel pitches. Pack an extra groundsheet and long pegs.
Secure Entry - We value your privacy, so our site is not open to the public, please use your pass to swipe your car in and out.
Reception - Our Shop and Reception is open every day from 8.30am. Check-in on arrival and stock up on the essentials. Pop next door to Trevithick & Tray Farm Shop & Cafe for a wider selection of local food and drink.
Information room - A small space next to the laundry room is packed full of local information, maps and leaflets. So, when you’re doing laundry, you’re welcome to take your time and browse.
Visitors - Please let us know at Reception if you have visitors during your stay. Swipe cards are not transferable so your own card cannot be used to let anyone in. We ask all visitors to leave the campsite by 10pm at the latest.
Children - Small children are welcome throughout our site but must be supervised when using our facilities and activities. Please make sure your children are in your care at your pitch or caravan by 10.00pm.
Dogs - Small pets are welcome at River Valley, but please do not leave dogs unattended in your tent or caravan. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times when on site.
Fires & Barbeques - Barbeques are permitted when used responsibly, please ask at Reception if you need to borrow bricks. We do not allow the use of fire pits or open fires on site.
