Our Location
River Valley is close to everything you’ll need to enjoy a holiday in Cornwall.
Getting here is simple as there are no narrow Cornish lanes to negotiate. You'll find us between St Austell and Mevagissey, nestled in the glorious Pentewan Valley.
The nearest beach is at Pentewan, just a leisurely 40-minute walk or 7-minute drive from us. There are plenty of other sandy beaches and coves on the Roseland peninsula and St Austell Bay just a short drive away. We're also on a bus route with a stop conveniently nearby.
The hugely popular South West Coast Path is a short walk away, along the Pentewan Valley Trail and the charming fishing villages, towns, coast and moorland are all within easy reach.
We are located next to woodland which is great for children and dogs to explore.

By air: Hop on a plane to Newquay Cornwall Airport which is served by numerous domestic routes and a selection of European destinations. Hire a car and we’re a 35-minute driveaway.
By bus: We’re easily accessible by bus. Take the 20 bus from St Austell Railway Station in the Mevagissey direction. It takes just 15 minutes to reach London Apprentice.
