Obby Oss

During May day’s Obby Oss celebrations in Padstow, two Osses and teams of Padstonians parade throughout the streets in a celebration that lasts until midnight

Helston Flora Day

Also marking the onset of spring, Helston’s Flora day is a colourful family day out, with traditional dancing through flower-smattered streets.

Fowey Festival of Music & Words

Exciting programme includes talks, interviews, creative and practical workshops, exhibitions, presentations, theatre, musical concerts, an Art trail, guided walks and river cruises to enjoy, inform, challenge and inspire the imagination.

St Ives Food & Drink festival

A celebration and gathering of some of the finest food & drink producers and chefs in Cornwall which will take place in St Ives on Porthminster Beach – believed to be the UK’s only beach food and drink festival.

Fal River festival

Celebrating life on the River Fal this is a community festival encompassing over 150 events, including a fish festival, gig racing, swimming, wildlife walks and lots more.


Mazey Day

June’s ten-day feast of music, theatre and street parades held in Penzance.

The Royal Cornwall Show

Enjoy a day out at one of the country’s largest agricultural shows where you’ll find a delicious showcase of Cornwall’s best local produce.

Mevagissey Feast Week

Sample a smorgasbord of the freshest Cornish produce and join in an array of family festivities.

RNAS Air Day Culdrose

Rock Oyster festival

Falmouth Week

Falmouth Week has grown into the largest sailing regatta in the south west with more than 450 yachts racing over eight days, and a lively programme of shoreside events.

Newlyn Fish Festival

Celebrating all things fishy in Britain’s premier fishing port where you can satisfy your appetite with the best seafood you’re likely to find anywhere and help to raise money for the Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen
